2022 has been an exciting and productive year for APEK Group and for JAVAT 365, a communication and collaboration platform launched by APEK Group.
Introducing JAVAT 365
JAVAT 365 is a communication and collaboration platform that has helped organizations adapt to remote work. With the shift towards remote work due to the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become more important than ever for teams to stay connected and productive while working from home.
JAVAT 365 offers a range of features that facilitate remote work, including the ability to easily share and access documents, communicate with each other in real time, and track progress on projects. These features allow teams to work together effectively, even when they are not in the same location. One of the biggest advantages of JAVAT 365 for remote work is its ability to improve communication and collaboration within teams. Traditional forms of communication, such as email and phone calls, can be inefficient and time-consuming. Thus eliminating the need for multiple meetings and back-and-forth communication, saving time and improving productivity.
In addition, JAVAT 365 provides a central location for storing and accessing documents and files called the Repository. This makes it easier for teams to access the most up-to-date version of a document, rather than searching through multiple emails or drives to find the correct version.
2022 in Retrospect
JAVAT 365 Product Launch Webinar
The year started off with a bang, as JAVAT 365 was officially launched at a flagship event called the JAVAT 365 product Launch webinar. At the event, Yemi Bakre and Amadou Balde, co-founders of JAVAT 365, spoke about the platform’s potential to enhance communication, promote inclusiveness, and drive down collaboration costs.
PWC Announces Collaboration with JAVAT 365

This was followed by a highly anticipated virtual workshop in June, called “The Smart Digital Transformation for African Businesses,” hosted by APEK Group and PWC. The event focused on digitizing workplace communication, with the goal of helping African businesses optimize performance, achieve strategic objectives and significantly drive collaboration cost downwards. The laser-sharp focus was on JAVAT 365: a new digital communication and collaboration tool, which fosters interaction with information consumers within and outside an organization. JAVAT 365 Bi-Weekly Openhouse Sessions
Throughout the summer, APEK Group continued to support JAVAT 365 with biweekly open house sessions and the addition of two new features designed to enhance the user experience: the Repository feature and the file-sharing feature in chats.

Growth Drivers For Business Series
In October, APEK Group and PWC hosted a LinkedIn Live series called “Growth Drivers for Biz” focused on maximizing remote work for business growth. Among the invited Speakers were Industry Experts, Ayo-Bankole Akintujoye PMP, Oluwayemisi Bakre (MCP), Toye Oyewunmi, MCP, PMP, David Oyendi. During the event they shared insights on ‘Maximising Remote Work for Business Success’. They talked about the 5-step model to migrate to the widely adopted remote working style, its benefits, challenges, tools, cost, and the overall impact on businesses. Maintaining the Team Spirit through to 2023
Overall, 2022 has been a successful year for JAVAT 365, with the platform continuing to grow and expand its reach and features. Even though all of our staff worked remotely, we managed to maintain our work with continuous and constant improvement. We have managed to keep the team spirit within the company.
